Biology of Genomes

I just got back from the Biology of Genomes meeting at Cold Spring Harbor Labs in NY.  It was my second time there, but a conference I feel I should attend every year.  It is really great for my line of work, and it is great to talk to so many people working on genome analysis and to see so many friends from former and current projects.

It is a bit tough as well. The program goes from 9am to 11pm every day, which is tough when you are jetlagged.

If it wasn’t for my RSI problems I would have blogged from it, but I am still keeping the blogging at an absolute minimum.

Anyway, if you are into sequencing, comparative genomics or sequencing for disease mapping, this is definitely a must conference to attend.
