CoalHMM: Get the source before your friends
Julien has put the source code for our CoalHMM tool up at GNA. Consider it a beta release, since there are still lots of issues we need to fix before we can make any kind of promises about it, but at least it is there for you to see should you be interested.
You need the most recent Bio++ code to compile it, so get that from CVS.
