Mord i mørket

Mord i Paradis (Murder in Paradise) is on TV tonight.

One of the few Danish film noir I remember.  Like the prequel Mord i Mørket (Murder in the Dark).

Based on books by Dan Turéll.  I remember reading them in the 80s and 90s.

Worth a watch, if you speak Danish or can get your hands on a subtitled version…

Uncle Danny was a great Danish author. I got hooked on him through his murder novels, but later on his poetry.  I haven’t thought about it for years, but watching the movie tonight brings back memories…
